The Mag. Roller Sleeve is a precision accessory produced under perfect production processes and quality control. We have perfectly detailed inspecting procedure for in-coming materials, production processes and outgoing inspection. Each product is thoroughly checked by special fixture, measure tools and SPC statistic analysis.
The general Magnetic Roller Sleeves are incomparable to those of SKC Precision. Our products are comparable to the original product in straightness, concentricity, cylindricity and clearness.
Currently, we produce three series of magnetic roller sleeves: NA, CS and CB. They are used in these brands of laser toner cartridge: AX, VX, PX, SX, EX, WX, HP1100, HP1200, HP4000, HP5000.
NA series ¡V Raw sleeve, i.e. without any coating
CS series ¡V Sleeve are silver coated
CB series ¡V Sleeve are brown coated
